Plato Update

We are pleased to make an update of Plato available. This version is based on DataFlex 2021 RC1
Some improvements can be found in this build:
- This update of Plato now completes the work to allow for Windows as well as Web use of the security module.
- 2-Factor authentication added
- Self Signup
- Application parameters settings
- Tool for “factory-reset”; re-creating the demo data and original settings
- Code cleanup and streamline
